Welcome to H Motion. By accessing or using this website and my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

H Motion provides personal training, Pilates, functional training, and rehabilitation sessions. These services are offered by Halit Henner, based in Vienna, Austria.

2. Services

  • Services include private sessions, small group training, and personalized programs.

  • All sessions are subject to availability and require prior booking.

  • Services are designed to support health and fitness, but they do not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via direct contact (email, phone, or other booking tools if available).

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid being charged.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • All fees must be paid as agreed (per session, package, or subscription).

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Health & Safety

  • By participating in H Motion sessions, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise.

  • You are responsible for informing me of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating.

  • I am not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur as a result of participation, unless caused by my negligence.

6. Use of Website

  • The content on this website is for general information and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to hack it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

  • H Motion is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of services.

  • My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be handled in Austrian courts.
